  • Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details. However, we only ship USPS and there usually isn't any customs charges associated with our shipments.

    Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. Ozone Generator USA is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.

  • Warranties

  • One of the nice things about doing business with Ozone Generator USA is the quality of our customer service. You'll never have to wait on hold for 20-30 minutes when you give us a call!  You'll always get to talk to someone within seconds  that can offer fast, courteous assistance, not the run around.

    We offer a 90 day low price guarantee on everything we sell.  If the price goes down or you find the same product for less elsewhere within 90 days, call us and we'll gladly refund the difference.

    All of our ozone generators come with an industry best lifetime warranty on the power transformer, the most expensive part of the unit.  The wiring (except for fuse) has a 5 year warranty.  The only other parts of our ozone generators which will need to be replaced over time are the fan, high voltage ozone plates, and fuse. The 110 CFM AC fans comes with a 1 year warranty from the fan manufacturer.  The ozone plates are not covered by the warranty.  Left dirty to run in humid areas, you can burn through and ozone plate within 100 hours.  Our easy open design allows you to wipe the ozone plate and keep it grime free which will ensure long life.  Replacement plates are available for $15 / free S&H.  The fuses can be purchased at anywhere such as Radio Shack or in the "Parts" section of our store.  

    If you should need warranty work, you must first call us Toll Free at 800-549-9535 during our business hours in order to get an RMA number and shipping instructions.



  • Return Policy

  • Most vendors charge a 30%  restocking fee if you decide to return their product.  We want our customers to be happy, so we don't charge a restocking fee.  We do however charge a $10 a day rental period if you're not happy with our product and choose to convert your purchase into a rental, since we rent our machines from $10 a day.   Bottom line, if you receive the unit and you're not happy with it for whatever reason, you'll know right away (doesn't take 30 days).  Call us right away and arrange for the return right away if you're not happy with our product.  Fair is fair.
